How I Track Time

I know some tasks are quick, like a 1-minute email response or a 10-minute Canva tweak. Instead of billing for each little thing, I combine small tasks throughout the day and round them to 15-minute blocks.

This keeps things simple and fair—so you’re only billed for the total time I spend supporting you, not every single check-in or login.

Hours remain on account until used—they never expire, but are non-refundable and non-transferable.
