The Minnesota State Fair is HERE! This is the first year, in SEVEN, that I’m not working at it. I’m feeling a little bittersweet…but excited to go just for fun next week. If you’re in the state, what is your FAVORITE Fair food? Mine is a toss up between cheese curds and Dairy Barn malts…yum. I’m easy to please obviously!
