With the Little Bliss List, I’m celebrating the lovely little things that happened throughout my week! I find it’s a great way to find and attitude of gratitude!
Hope you will join me!
- Working up a sweat has been very easy this past week! Not only has the thermometer been hovering around 100°, but the hubs and I have been bike fiends. Our very best bike trip this week: 12 miles! If I could start every day with a bike with him, I totally would!
- No-work Wednesday: My husband, Bryan and I started our Independence Day at the beach. It was too steamy to simply lay in the sun, so we found a shady tree to take refuge under—I could never get sick of this view! There’s something so comforting about trees!
- Connecting with like-minded souls is so fun! I meant to include this last week, but I meet two fabulous ladies with hearts set to help others grow! They started a fabulous website called Restore Healing that is dedicated to conscious living in Minnesota—filled with resources for those a looking to make a change to better themselves internally and externally. Cool!
- Whenever I feel like I need a little “centering”—something that helps speed up the process for me is to burn a little sage. Have you tried this? It’s a great clearing and meditation tool that has Native American origins. I always feel better after a little smudging!
- Again, I have to mention Frankie—this guy makes me laugh, and brings me so much bliss. I don’t think he even knows! What a lump!

Have a happy weekend, everyone!
Nature can cure all ailments. We all need someone or something that can make us laugh. It is good for the soul.
Thanks for being here Ruth! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! xo
Pets are so wonderful! They can help you feel better, help you relax, and laugh. Cute picture of your dog! Also, thanks for the link to the Restore website. It looks interesting.
Thank you Dara! Pets are Earth angels, that’s for sure! xo
Sounds like a wonderful, soulful week. Nature, animals, like-minded friends, exercise, smudging. Love it all. Have a blissful weekend! xx
