Happy Equinox & Astrological New Year!

Spring is here, bringing a time of growth, renewed energy, and a sense of hope.

It’s been a challenging, tiring, and overwhelming period for a long time. And while I don’t think everything will completely turn around overnight, I know there’s a spark—no matter how small—within you that knows things will be okay. We will get through this intense time in our lives.

This is a good moment to simply tap into whatever bits of hope, joy, and happiness you can find. I don’t recommend overriding your emotions, but I encourage you to fan the flame of whatever positivity you can find in your life right now.

Go as simple as possible—the warmth of the sun on your face, the sound of birds in the morning, a hot cup of coffee, the hugs from your kids or loved ones. Just keep noticing the beauty around you, wherever you can find it.

All this to say: today marks a new season of growth and positive change. 🌿✨
