Do you have a few short minutes to spend in a mindful and meditative state? When you do, let’s get comfortable and then use some time to go someplace green, warm and expansive.
This is going to be great…
Quiet your mind. Free yourself from any expectations or worry. Open up your heart to the joy of energetic spring.
You are powerfully yet peacefully standing on lush green grass under a soft blue sky and calm sun. Feel your bare feet sink into the new growth of spring. The Earth gently your body as your mind and spirit come to a deep sense of balance. The cushion of new life reconnects you to the centered roots within yourself. You become grounded in this sensation and are able to feel the power of the world beneath you. Yet, you still remain connected to the expansiveness and openness of the Universe above you.
As your toes still softly wiggle in the grass, you feel a sense of deep connection. Knowing that you are a part of this planet and have the intention of creating a greater good for all who inhabit this Earth. You feel the power and strength of Mother Earth and all she offers us seen and unseen.
You see your highest potential and know that life is meant to be lived in this way during every breath. As you look toward the supporting blue sky and feel the sun on your face, everything inside you becomes warm. Not simply just the sensation of physical warmth but emotional. You are supported in every moment in every day in every lifetime.
Gratitude envelops you and you are once again whole, as you always have been.
