When I say I love breakfast. I mean it. I look forward to waking up to eat my favorite meal of the day, so I try to always make it a memorable (and satisfying!) one.
I love this breakfast for when I’m getting a morning workout in. It’s clean, delicious, and energizing:
- Two slices Ezekiel (sprouted grain) toast
- Raw almond butter (easily found at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and various co-op’s)
- Sliced banana or strawberries
- Dust with cinnamon
Wash it all down with 1 liter (yup!) of water. Protein. Complex carbs. PURE deliciousness. And…EASY!
