I really hope this does help. Even though I know you know deep down that you have a rockin’ bod, we can get down on ourselves from time to time. Case in point, check out how I feel time to time and my body image story.
So…if you’re having one of “those” days…enjoy this compilation of encouraging words, uplifting videos and a bit of randomness for good measure. All in all…it’s about smiling from the inside again, and a little laughter always helps too. Enjoy…

What do you do to help yourself feel better and more beautiful? I would love to keep this list growing!
What a great blog post Blair. Love each of the lines you shared with us. So much goodness in each one of them. And the video of the little girl that was priceless. 🙂
What helps me feel better is when I make a conscious choice to slow down, a tough one for me. One of the things I love to do in the summer months is go outside and sit in the sun for a bit. Often I fall asleep and always end up with many freckles and that makes me feel prettier including a bit of colour on my skin.
Today I was out shopping and at one point I felt really good in my body, like when I had worked out a lot about 5 years ago when I had become in excellent shape. For a few minutes today I felt like that in my body. I couldn’t help but smile at what I was noticing and felt so much gratitude for my body in that moment. I saw a glimpse of hope for me to begin to opening up with where I am right here, right now in this moment and making little changes like this one to start loving and accepting myself better.
Thank you Blair. xx
xo 🙂
Thank you for these reminders, Blair! I needed to hear them after a week of minimal workouts 🙂
Happiest holidays to you!
