Last night Bryan got up at 11 pm to help Bowie who was crying in his crib.

He asked me if I heard him get up…

Nope. I did not.

I always hear him get up!

So - I’ve been sleeping a lot… A LOT… deeper.

This is something I’ve been healing since postpartum. I’m very grateful my sleep is getting more restorative.

I do a lot to take care of my wellbeing. There isn’t one thing that is going to be the ‘magic pill’ but I am thankful I have the Healy in my healing toolbox.

It’s a microcurrent device that improves the frequency of your body and your unique physical/emotional/mental challenges.

I’ve only had it for about 6 weeks and I’m impressed. I would not share about it if it wasn’t truly benefiting me.

It’s been 18 years almost to the day since we started dating 😲

Ummm we were just in college I swear.

Things keep getting better even with the bumps... and there are a lot of them when you’re parents and both business owners and individuals who need to be creatively driven and fed emotionally in unique ways.

We teach each other (not always directly) how important self love is in a relationship. You need to respect and honor yourself to reflect that back to your partner. We are not masters, and have many times where we fall short, but we keep trying. Because there is that soul spark between us with deep love and joy.

I can’t believe we found each other those many, many moons ago and I’m so glad we did.
