A wonderful herb for fall!

Stinging Nettle (urtica dioica) can be supportive for seasonal allergies, upper respiratory irritation, & used as an overall anti-inflammatory! Great for this time of year as the seasons shift and so do our inner energies which can cause the release of pent-up gunk and funk (both physically and emotionally).

I use nettle nearly every day in a tea or tincture form during this time of year as well as for my boys.

It's also is rich in vitamin A, C, K, B, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and polyphenols.

I made my first herbal infused honey with bee balm

I made my first herbal infused honey with bee balm (Monarda fistulosa)!

I am telling you, the taste is divine!

Bee balm is an herb you want to befriend often, but I am thinking this honey will be wonderful during the winter when we’re more likely to experience colds… it can be supportive and soothing for sore and burning throats, coughs, fever, stomach aches, UTIs, and even candida. Great for inflammation and irritation.

Honestly there’s so much more that this herb supports, so that’s just the start. Either way, it’s super yummy and tastes soothing and purifying.

Very excited! Just need to make more next season!
